Stratford Blows Chunks

So I was randomly check Stratford by-laws this morning, and was looking as the noise control section. I found 2 thing to be very interesting:

First, you cannot make (unwanted) noise with musical instruments form 7am to 7pm. General noise (ie. party) can go until 11pm, however. Lmack has told me this before, but it sounded so stupid I didn't want to believe him. Also, if you have a band, you can forget legally practicing on Sundays too.

Secondly, operating a motor vehicle in a way which causes the tires to squeal is illegal apparently. Not that I condone that type of behavior, but in the event that your tires squeal to avoid an accident, its pretty lame that you could get charged for it when in theory you did something good.

Are you sure you meant 7am to 7pm? That makes it sound like it is illegal during the day, but okay during the night.

This doesn't make sense to me, as the night time is when you think a lot of people would want less noise.
